Dislocated right shoulder, 5 full and 11 partial - now operated on, partial dislocated left shoulder 7 times. Hernia.
Most memorable hockey moment:
Having to explain the drills in training to Theo Fleury and Tony Hand when they were on my line in Belfast.
Game day rituals:
sweats, box and sock holdall, socks, skates, leg pads, shorts, elbow pads, shoulder pads, shirt, helmet and act like a c#ck.
Hockey ambitions:
To be more consistent and to play for as long as possible.

Playing for Slough in a game against Bracknell, beating then 5 - 2 with us only having 10 players and my son being born on the same day.

Getting dressed from left to right. Water bottle goes on the right hand side of the net and touch posts 3 times before every game.

Just to keep playing.
