Help an Oxfordshire Child was set up by FoxFm and the Four Pillars Hotel in 1999. They have helped a range of children's causes over the years. These include the likes of the Oxford Children's Hospital and Helen and Douglas House, but also a range of smaller less well known causes including See-Saw, the Child Brain Injury Trust, the ACE Centre disabled children's charity and the Story Museum.
