Having to explain the drills in training to Theo Fleury and Tony Hand when they were on my line in Belfast.
Game day rituals: 
sweats, box and sock holdall, socks, skates, leg pads, shorts, elbow pads, shoulder pads, shirt, helmet and act like a c#ck.

To be more consistent and to play for as long as possible.
