Barry Smith was a well qualified coach who had been an enforcer in his time in the USA but came to the UK determined not to fight, just to play and coach. Instead of physical abuse his temper went off verbally - hence the high penalty total. Todd Morgan did male modelling and set up a power skating school in the States after leaving Oxford. The team was sponsored by Truck services of Witney at this time - a company run by Bob Edwards and Pat Ward (yes, the one now in the stripes - he even played for Oxford when we visited France). Jon Minoli now spends time running the family business - Minoli Tiles, whilst James Schall went on to a senior role in a mail order computer software business. Click here to see part of the team!
